Poonacha is the founder of ABOVE Solutions and currently holds a position on the Board. After a 17-year stint in the US, Poonacha came back to India in 2008, excited by the opportunities in the emerging markets and started ABO Ventures a unique consulting model to make companies succeed in the India and Asia Market places. ABO Ventures has today evolved to ABOVE Solutions & a one-of-its-kind integrated sales, solutions, applications and products organization.

Poonacha has almost two decades of experience in Global Sales, Business Development, Operations Management and Strategic Planning. Through the majority of his career, he has held senior leadership positions in global sales and business development with Fortune 100 companies.

As Senior VP of Worldwide Sales at Sasken, he built strategic relationships within the telecom and technology industry. As VP at Visonael Corporation, he oversaw all Worldwide Sales, Professional Services and Operations. During this time he was able to successfully grow the revenue of the company and positioned the product portfolio from the enterprise to the services provider market.

Kannankote 'Sri' Srikanth is a globally renowned service leader. In his career that spans over two decades, Sri has worked for transnational corporations such as Motorola, Nortel and Compaq Computers . Prior to this, he has held various positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. In his most recent role he was the President and COO of Sasken Communications Technologies Limited.

Ramesh has an extensive experience in Finance and Administration in both public and private technology companies. He is responsible for Finance and HR functions at ABOVE. Prior to joining ABOVE, Ramesh was the Senior VP and CFO at Xcellerex, Inc. He was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and the Chief Financial Officer at Equinox Solutions. Ramesh held the position of Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Financial Officer at American Superconductor Corporation. Prior to his position at American Superconductor Corporation, he was Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Repligen Corporation. His experience includes ten years with Bristol-Myers in Financial Planning and Analysis. Ramesh earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in India.

Satish, has been a part of product development and system integration, and has played multiple roles spanning product management, technical marketing, program management, system architecture and development. As the CTO at ABOVE, he has more than 11 years of in-depth experience in the telecom and communications industry. While at Sasken he was responsible for developing system software and application framework for consumer devices. He also built and nurtured some of the key strategic partnerships and customer relations at Sasken. Satish holds a patent in the area of signal processing and has represented himself as a technical speaker at many seminars. His current interests are in the area of open source, mobile internet, system integration, building simple solutions for larger problems, cloud computing and a gamut of service hosting.
